Thanks for your support. My weight has not been stable at all - as high as 11.7 and as low as 11.5.2, but you are right - after a week, I'm no worse off.

Hi guys. I forgot to post yesterday. I will weigh in tomorrow but so far havent lost anymore weight but my clothes are getting looser abd looser. I lost an inch on hips, bust and lower belly pooch plus half and inch on my waist last week. My time of the month is near so I think a bit of bloating going on in my mid-section. I don't want to get paronoid about the scale so I want to weigh in tomorrow 1st Feb and then nothing until 28th Feb to see my results.

Wednesday 23 Jan 197.2 pounds
Wednesday 30 Jan 197.2 pounds
So currently 14 st 1.2 pounds.

Back on here again! - gained back 31lbs of the 60lbs I lost 2 years ago. Not good haha. So I'm here to get it back off again, add me, could do with some re-motivation2

I've not been logging and that is the main problem! If I don't log, then I don't think about it.. I just eat it regardless. Today is a new day though. Move on, keep trying, keep moving..

Thanks Cathy. Before I started mfp I was convinced I would never lose weight again. When I was younger I could just go on a diet for a few weeks and lose it all quite quickly.
Then I lost 2 stone on slimming world about 10 years ago and as soon as I stopped going I put it all back on and more. This time I'm determined to take it slower and make changes for the rest of my life0 -

Thanks Cathy. Before I started mfp I was convinced I would never lose weight again. When I was younger I could just go on a diet for a few weeks and lose it all quite quickly.
Then I lost 2 stone on slimming world about 10 years ago and as soon as I stopped going I put it all back on and more. This time I'm determined to take it slower and make changes for the rest of my life

Hey check in buddies! I missed yesterday but I did measure. No change since last week but then my period was due so could be just water weight. Now on time of the month but feel great just a bit of backache so far.

Hope everyone is doing well and good to see people are still going down steadily.
I didn't measure this Wed just gone but I have felt a lot slimmer in my clothes/better fit etc. Hips are down half an inch to 41.5 from two weeks ago. My goal is 39 inch hips or at the smallest 37 inches. That will be a comfortable UK size 10 to 12 on the bottom. In perspective it's just a few inches so not that far away tbh. I'm feeling very positive now.1 -

That's brilliant! I can't wait to be a size 10/12 again. I just feel so much more confident. Currently a UK 14 on the bottom and 12 on top.1 -
Mainly due to having a sickness bug half of last week but a loss is a loss! 1 and a half stone lost in total now 😊
