  • Hi Slimdownmb, I’ve been where you are now and I started 1 April 2014 and I have now lost 68 lbs. It’s hard and very difficult and there is no magic in losing weight. Just keep on doing what you’re doing now and you will see the result eventually. If you’re going to do it another way you will put it back again and more. :)

What I do find what works best and it helps a lot is to update everything immediately when you eat or when you packed your food in advance.
