Depends on whether I want to feel full or not. If I'm looking to feel more "full" I will grab a few rice crackers and chickpea hummus. Bananas are good for feeling more energetic or if you're busy.

I don't believe that's true. There's quite a few articles that say that standing does change your rate (which would make sense).
