  • I feel 50/50 on this.. I loved the Dukan diet a kick start in my weight loss but I soon plateaued and reverted back to calorie counting as a more realistic lifestyle choice. Still keep the protein high and carbs low as a general rule. : )
  • Any ideas what I can eat on the Dukan diet to up my calorie intake? Just more of the same? Thanks.

OMG I've never been on a diet were I just dont feel hungry and I have heaps of energy..this one is great! I've lost 8lbs so far and feel it continuing.   • Yes just fat free youghurt, I've been eating Muller Light in all their flavours as long as fat free. I'm now on day 9 and still feeling great, lost 6lbs and feel tighter and better.   • Hi, I am on day 4 of the Dukan Diet and love it so far! I've been eating crab sticks, youghurt, bits of chicken breat, slices of ham and hard boiled egg for lunch at work and I'm not even very hungry. Brilliant diet so far! Although...ask me again in 2 weeks haha Sarah xx
