I can’t speak for everyone, but I don’t feel the need to have my “perfect match” as a supportive friend or motivator. :smile: If it helps, I’m 5’3 and want to lose 15-20. :)

Made a swap. Now using water to make my oatmeal instead of luscious vanilla almond milk! :)

Ditto much of what has been said. I work my dark chocolate and other sweets into my daily calories. I have also found bananas to be effective in curbing my sweet cravings sometimes too.

Yyeesss!!!! It took me almost 2 years before I reluctantly moved on to Fitbit! I loved my zebra print armband!

Day 1 and Day 11 pic. I tried to stand exactly the same way, same clothes, etc. My extra weight goes straight to my mid-section, front and back. Am I seeing a slight difference from my bra roll area or is it just me?

I have both synced as well. I use mfp for my calorie intake and my fitbit for calories out, and pay no attention to the rest, but do the subtraction on my own. Not sure if this helps.

Spring Break starts after school today!! No scale for the next 10 days, so weighing in early. I plan on staying active and being mindful of what I eat. Wish me luck! 3/5 - 135.5 or 136 (can't find my original post) 3/10 - 135 3/19 3/26 March goal - 130 Ultimate goal - 129, no muffin top!
