If you're 175lbs losing 3/4 pounds a week while being set to lose 1ppw you should definitely change your activity level. You've got it too low. You're losing at an unsustainable rate. Plus you'll be able to eat more yummy food and still lose!

In a perfect world your bread would be 100 calories a slice. Just because the bag says so doesn't make it so. The governmental agency regulating food allows for a 25% difference in weight. So if you weigh a few slices of that bread don't be surprised when it weighs more than the (g) listed as a true serving.

For example the cole slaw you had Monday. 1 cup = 50 calories. Cole slaw will vary GREATLY depending on recipe. The slaw I occasionally eat has 150 calories for .5 cup (but I weigh in grams). We have to be exact with what we're eating/logging. So just that example could be much, much higher.

While I do believe your problem stems from inaccurate logging I'll just say, remember your doctor works for you. If they're not taking your concerns seriously then it's time to get another doctor. Weigh and log the fish. Weigh and log the coconut oil. You won't use all the oil as some will be left in the pan but it's near impossible to determine how much the fish actually absorbed. So to be ultra conservative count it all.

Found and used it. On the app when you go into your diary choose the time/meal period you want to add. Beside the search box where you would normally type in your food there should be a direction icon. Click that and it will pull up all the restaurants in the area. With only 18lbs to go you should definitely only be shooting for .5ppw. So a 250 calorie a day deficit. If you want to eat more then get more exercise and eat back 50% of those calories.

1200 is the bare minimum most women should consume. Not the standard. If MFP set you at 1290 follow that.
