It makes me ravenous. I just finished a 10 day course about 2 weeks ago. I ate pretty badly for a few of those days. No advise here, just letting you know I feel your struggle.

I've been tempted to buy one a few times. But to be honest they scare the hell out of me, lol. I have no idea how long it's been sitting there and whether it not it's been kept at a safe temperature. I'm a bit of a germaphobe. I won't even handle raw meat bare handed. I use gloves. I know, I have issues.

Because if you eat 4oz of cooked meat it was heavier before you cooked it. Therefore, you actually ate a bigger serving if you used an entry that was originally for 4oz of raw meat. Which the majority are.

Typical restaurant salad sadly. But it sounds delicious, lol. I still eat Chipotle and HotHead about once or twice a month. My bowl has 860 calories. I skip lunch and replace it with a snack instead and fit it in easily.

I agree I'm not saying fasting can't be beneficial but to say a reduced calorie diet will always fail is utterly ridiculous. Otherwise no one would ever lose weight and keep it off. I let Pacer sync and eat back about 50% of the calories it adds most days. I have MFP set to lightly active. I lose on track at 2ppw.

Hi Karen! I'm new to the group too. Only been here about a week. Been on MFP since Jan 6. I'm a binge eater of about 20-25 years. It's time for that to STOP. I'm currently 11 days binge free. If I can do anything to help or you need someone to listen just let me know :)

Butt and waist. I've lost 36lbs I'd say 25 off my rear end and 11 from my waist. Of course that's nothing but a wild guess but that's how it seems.
