Thanks guys! I'm currently trying to gain strength and have started to do lifting at the gym: I don't three spin classes a week to get some cardio in and also do karate twice a week!!

Sorry to be a pain but I get weighed on Tuesdays. Am I ok to do it then? I will weigh myself earlier on the last week to make sure I have completed it. I only ask because I go to a slimming club on Tuesdays and don't own scales at home.

The cardio I can do. The water I'm going to struggle with. I only had 5 cups yesterday and that was a push. I did 50 mins cardio yesterday so I'm getting. I will keep updating :-) WE CAN DO THIS WHOOOOOP

I know what you mean about wanting UK adds. I sometimes notice people have had a good day calorie wise, look at there diary to get tips and have no real idea what they are eating!! Good luck on your journey xx lets support each other xx
