I had to remove it first from Fitbit site then go back to my MFP and connect it again then mine started to Sync finally.

Just start slow like I did a year ago. I use to eat a honey bun and soda everyday started by eliminating sodas and eating a honey bun once a week than eventually none at all it's a process but worth it.

I think the biggest thing that help me a year and half ago was changing my lifestyle as far as what I eat made a bigger difference than extreme workout . Also nothing wrong with sweets it's all about moderation. Keep it up you will get back there.

Too me it's not necessarily the amount of time it is the intensity of the workout. I do several intense workout throughout the day especially stair climbing that works every muscle in your body. But you can get a good workout within that 15 to 20 minutes honestly if you go hard for 20 that's a lot better than 45 minutes at…

My biggest motivation is my daughter any one can get sick even healthy people but I don t want to be the reason I am not around for my daughter. So that motivates me to stay healthy.

Agreed in the free weights it is easier on your body because you control the weight not the other way around and you get a better workout. It's a small learning curve on doing it correctly but it pays off.
