I have to drink more than 64 oz of water a day so I don't get dehydrated. I'm on supplements so there aren't any nutritional deficiencies. And who said they discourage exercise. I'm supposed to exercise 5-6 days a week. I go to the gym often and use weights to avoid losing any muscle mass. And I do at least 30 min cardio.

I'm allowed to have foods with less than three grams of carbs per ounce. And two servings of vegetables a day. 5 grams or carbs each. Virtually sugar free. I'm on supplements to make sure my body is getting the nutrients it needs.

It is prescribed by a doctor. It's mostly just to lose a lot of weight very quickly for a short period of time.

I'm on a really strict sugar free, carb free, low fat diet. So I haven't found any kind of PB I could have. Thanks though!

Waldenfarms.com sells coffee creamer with zero calories, carbs, sugar, and fat. They may be a little on the expensive side though, depending on how much you use at a time. (I basically drink creamer with a shot of coffee

I'm on supplements because of the low calorie intake. They gave me a list of meats and how much of what vegetables I can have. But I'm looking for recipes and ideas for how to eat them.

No bread. I can't have carbs. I'm only eating about 600-700 calories a day. But like I said, since it's is overseen by a doctor it isn't super unhealthy like that vlc intake usually would be. I take lots of supplements.

Even the protein has to be less than 3g of fat and carbs per ounce. I get 12 ounces a day. And I get two servings of vegetables. It is vcl. About 600-700 calories a day. But since it is overseen by a doctor, it won't harm me. I'm on many vitamin supplements. But yes! I do love seasonings! ☺️
