Ugh yes!!! Always have this problem. Going back next week after winter break and I'm dreading haha. But last semester I would bring my lunch! (I live off campus) usually a protein shake. I have my lunch box and an ice pack with a couple other little snacks for my long school days.

I have back pain allllll the time. Couple times I stayed home from work it was so intense. I'm hoping it will go away after I loose the weight i want too!

I used to swim too in highschool! I played water polo and was in the swim team:). The gym I go to doesn't have a pool...but I've been thinking about joining a different gym that does!! I just love swimming and I think it's the best workout for me.

I use apple cider vinegar for my acne!! I used to had severe acne on my back and I got a little spray bottle with half water and half ACV, sprayed my back every day in the shower. Like others, before hand, if possible, I look up the nutrition menu. Pick out what I want and log it to make sure everything will be good. I have a hard time with only eating half. Haha my will power is not the best.
