I love food, too. But I love myself and family more, that is why I'm here, unhealthy eating habits brings all type of illnesses and I do not want myself and family go thru that!

This type of breed doesn't need much walking. Mine get tired with only half a mile she not overweight or underweight either, she is slightly active around the house! She is not lazy( she weights around 5 pounds very small dog! :)

I tried it but I was still eating healthy food because that diet it's very strict, for sure it does work! I lost around 5 pounds but didn't do it how you suppose to do it. I just did it to have some ideas of what to eat. I now some people that did it and they ended gaining back the weight because what you have to change…

Omg ..., yes that's what I'm afraid of a barely started walking/jogging and I'm feeling awesome and enjoying, and I'm like if I get a serious problem with my knee I wouldn't be able to run. Im looking to eventually do weights and other intense exercise. So definitely keep an eye on it! Best wishes:)

I'm learning about veganism. I'm very interested about it, but it's been hard cutting chicken since I'm a mother of 3 and I have to cook for my lovely children. But it seems hard to cut cheese, eggs and chicken for the kids. The cow milk it's already gone, any suggestions?

I have been on green smothies for 7 days today and they satisfied me for one hour or little bit more when I start getting hungry, I do snacks banana, raw almonds, peacans, etc. (healthy snacks). And it's working good so far 4 pounds lost!
