I am not a single mom but I do struggle to find time. I have not worked out in a while just due to hectic schedule. My first workout since June was this morning! I wake up at 5 to workout while my son is sleeping. I did want to tell you that you don't need to work out an hour a day. I LOVE my Jillian michales shred. I lost…

-
You look great! I was 147 in January and I'm 130. I feel so much better!!
-
I'm with you! I had a minor surgery and fell off track. Was released last week and hope to get better. We got this
-
Ttc as well but baby # 2 for 2 years
-
I love this stuff. We don't have peanut butter in the house because my son also has an allergy to peanuts.
-
Maybe you were better behaved than you thought. When I drink I always wake up 3-5 lbs lighter, I think it's dehydration, for me. I'm up to normal soon after. I don't know the scientific term but happens every time.
-
I agree. They do have allergy friendly bars but they are very expensive and hard to find. We do a lot of turkey meat and chicken with vegetables. They have "wow butter" that I buy and is made with soy, I like it.
-
My son does! Therefore I don't cook with it or have it in the house.
-
Today I ate spaghetti squash and tuna, love it! I grew up on "tuna Mac" & it's one of the things I miss about food.
-
I'm also in a motivation slump. I've had my first bad calorie weekend since Christmas
-
I'm 1/2 way there. 28, Started size 9 @ 147 and now size 3/4 133. Took about 6 weeks so hoping to get the next 10 off in the next 4-6 weeks

I meal prep every Saturday or Sunday for the week. I've done it for years because my son has food allergies. Can't order pizza if mom doesn't feel like cooking. My salad lasts all week, if I add chicken I keep it in a separate bowl.

Most of us work full time and find time to prepare healthy meals. Quick options can be cheese, almonds, yogurt...

I am with you. I have failed every single time due to this. I've been good the past month. Most of the time, I pre log my meals. I leave room for a sucker or chocolate. If I go over I don't punish myself, I start fresh the next day. I also stay out of the kitchen after dinner.

36 days. Down 11lbs, I've only had one day where I went over my calories.
-
I work 8-5 and don't get up other than lunch. I pre plan all of my snacks. I walk on my lunch break and stay within my calorie goals. I try to workout as much as possible. Put the baby in a stroller and walk after dinner.

Mfp has me calculated for 1290 calories, it works for me as I've lost 12lbs. I have another 15 to reach my goal. I do log religiously, that is the only way counting calories will work.
-
I had the same with my son. He is allergic to cow milk. Go with the basics until you can wrap your head around it. Tacos are super easy. We eat turkey tacos at home weekly, no cheese! Spaghetti, chicken, roast.. Good luck
-
28, started at 147 (1-6-16), now 139. I want to loose another 15-20! You can do it!!!!
-
I log everything to the best of my ability. The other day I had two French fries and I logged them lol.
-
I want to loose about 25-30 also for my sisters wedding in June!! Down 9lbs so far. You got this!!
-
I do my pizza on zucchini. About 100 cal a zucchini boat, I measure everything and put it in the recipe builder, turkey pepperoni and less cheese than I truly wanted. I have "tacos" weekly. I put turkey taco meat on my salad and have at it. No fixings.
-
I was like you for the past year. I finally decided to stick with it and I'm down 9lb. You won't get smaller overnight. Listen to the mfp advise, they've been there done that. I now weigh my food and count everything that goes into my mouth.

Healthy, back to pre pregnancy weight from 6 years ago. Muscles would be nice also (;
-
I started using a food scale last week and love it!

Completely agree. Only an allergist is qualified. My son has cow milk & beef (and many other) allergies. I would say that since giving up dairy your better, the testing for cow milk may be right. Now I would go and get a full food panel and blood work. There are no awesome tasting vegan cheeses, sorry! Earth balance makes…

Anytime I feel the craving come on, I look up the the calories! Not worth it. Make a small goal, two weeks no fast food.
