I haven't had a cheat day in over two weeks and today it hit me. I had two homemade smores and homemade Fajitas/rice/beans which wouldn't be too bad but I had already met my 1200 calories before dinner. I probably ended up hitting 1800 for the day. Oh well, as long as I stay focused the rest of the week I should be OK…

Hi all thanks. I am also meeting my fat numbers which mostly come from nut butters, cheese, oil. It's just frustrating because I feel like I'm eating the right foods, with lots of water, exercise.

Hey everyone I figured out how to create a group. Look up 20 pounds by June in Groups and join!!

Hh353, you have a polar? I'm think I'll just eat back 300 and see how that goes.

Ok thanks. I had a 65 minute kickboxing and strength training dvd today and used my polar watch to monitor calories so it should be fairly accurate.

Hi Julie, I'd join with you. My stats are pretty close to yours too. How do we get a group started?

I emailed mfp about this today and they told me not to eat less than 1200 net calories. So if I'm given 1200 food calories, burn 400, I need to eat that all back to stay above 1200 net and avoid starvation.

Hi, thanks I just read a MFP article that explains I should eat my exercise calories. I have a Polar heart rate watch that I activate during my workout to get an accurate calorie burned. I will start eating some-most of my exercise calories and see if that helps out....thank you!

I'm 5'5", 169lbs and want to lose ~25-30#. I weigh everything and feel confident my calories entered are correct. At the end of the day, my result is usually 1,300 calories eaten, 400 calories burned.

I think taking your measurements helps. I didn't, but I noticed some pants are not as tight so something is happening :) I read that it may take 4 weeks to reduce muscle inflammation.
