4x week I burn around 500-550 for 60 minutes. There's a 75 minute class where I can burn over 700. I've been weighing daily lately and it fluctuates a half pound to a pound daily. Thanks

I use a polar heart rate monitor with chest strap. Workouts are 60 min each and my burn ranges from 500-600.

Hi, thanks. So if I burn say 500 per day would you recommend I eat half back? My fitness pal gives me 1260 cals and I typically come in at 1300 even when I work out.

Thanks, I actually don't use the containers, I weigh everything and use the overall plan as a guide such as 2 fruits per day, 4 proteins per day, etc. I track everything here. If I'm eating 1300-1400 calories per day and burning 2500 per week, I thought I'd break this by now.

Lol, mine are better than that as I eat no processed food to keep me full, so no crackers or laughing cow. Lunch for me is like lean pork chop, quinoa and salad... Breakfast is eggs and oats, etc

Probably also some muscle soreness and water retention. My arm and shoulder muscles are sore and we do a lot of ab work and squats. So I'm guessing it's a little bit of both. Thanks!

Hi, MFP gives me 1280 and my maintenance calories are 1800. My age is 38 and I just increased my exercise to 3 days of 60 min mega boxing and 2 days strength training.

I joined a boxing gym and it was intense for a full hour. I have a polar watch with chest strap and it said 720. In years past these watches were pretty accurate.

OK here's TMI... After my monthly cycle, I lose the most weight because the extra progesterone makes me go everyday so I was down to about 163. Then after that, I only go like every 3-4 days and even then it's not much. In between those 3-4 days there are pellets. And I'm bloated from it even if I drink tons of water and…

I know that's why I'm frustrated. Yes I use scales measuring cups, yo name it. I typically lose the week after my cycle ends, then the weight slowly creeps up the rest of the month, until I lose the same 2# again. Plus the ongoing constipation isn't helping.

I'm 5'5, it's set to 1lb per week which gives me 1280 calories at 165#. I do 3 days cardio and usually burn 300 calories those days, and two days of strength training and burn 200 calories those days. I never eat those calories back.

Female. Yes that affects me once/month but I just keep losing the same 2#.
