MFP gives me 50g daily fat. I typically eat 35-50

Yes doing all those things. I am having issues with constipation, wondering if that could be it? I eat all the right foods to combat it though.

Meaning I usually fluctuate between 1200-1300

Thank you all, I mainly exercise to stay heart healthy and be more fit. I thought it may also expedite my weight loss because it's so so slow. Thanks!

Hi all, I mean enough to lose weight. I'm 38, 165#, and used to burn almost 400 calories to cardio DVDs. Now I'm burning about 245. I eat 1300 calories per day.

It depends on your goals. Mine was to kick my sugar habit and lose weight. The main thing is just to plan ahead and have food ready to eat. I think it helps to not be 100% perfect, otherwise you go nuts. Speaking of which try to limit nuts as those are easy to eat too much of. I track everything in MFP. Lost 4 pounds so…

Planning is key. So before the weekend I plan meals and have fresh Groceries for the weekend so I stay focused since weekends are easy to get distracted. I carry nuts, lara bars, and fruits around for snacks. I follow it 95%, I still eat ketchup occasionally or some salad dressings not approved. I also have gluten free…

I've done WW and love MFP so much more. There's so about their formula that doesn't work right. Some days I'd eat plenty of calories on MFP and WW would show I needed to eat more. Counting calories is much easier and MFP has every single food in the database whereas WW doesn't.

Hi I'm starting today!
-
Thanks all, this was my weekly weigh in, I don't weigh in more than that. I'll keep pushing forward, but I'm still annoyed ;)
-
Do it, I think it was mental for me, but if you just keep go and stay consistent it will happen!
-
Thanks everyone!

I have two little boys and have struggled finding time, but I definitely workout on the weekend which gives me only three days during the work week. I do one evening workout at home after 7, so I spend dinner and some playtime. Then two days I get up early before they wake, and workout at home. I vote to work from home to…

Teaspoon of brown sugar and cinnamon

Ditto to everything already mentioned, sometimes I take a protein shake too or some low calorie mini muffins (homemade).
-
Thank you! I have lost five pounds and doing cardio 5x/week so that makes sense.

Yes

That happened to me last week, but when I looked at my diary I was over my calories here and there and had high sodium before my weigh in. It made me work harder this week, so I did new workouts and reallly watched calories, ate lots of veggies, and lost almost three! It happens, you have to accept it, and just go harder…

My new favorite is almond butter, specifically Costco creamy version. I also use kroger brand natural peanut butter. Don't buy anything like jif or Skippy.
-
OK that's what I was thinking :)

I'd also like to add that I cut back on eating my exercise calories...I know opinions on that but I'm going by the scale on this one. If I burn 400, I'm only eating 100 of them and it appears that could be helping.
-
Thanks all. I've been pretty diligent, but will watch even closer and try eating a tad more.
-
I'm measuring to a t and losing half a pound per week.
-
My husband has similar stats... Try working out 60 minutes a few of those days.
-
Thank you, I ended up not giving in B)
-
Ok I was just looking for a bar to have on hand for those times hunger hits at the wrong time.
-
I used to eat almonds alot and they just didn't satisfy me. Like others said, include some more protein and dairy snacks and instead of toast, try oatmeal...that helps me. My go to snacks are greek yogurt/fruit, cheestick/fruit, lowfat ricotta cheese, celery/pb...these have been better than almonds. Also in the morning,…

Hi again I have to agree with some others on here. I don't think you're eating enough. I get 1200 calories too but the days I work out, I eat half of them back. Because you're not supposed to go under 1200 net. So on your work out days, try that out and also really watch sodium. Good luck with us :)

I've lost 3#as well since the new year, and have accepted it. I've been working out like crazy and want it to come off faster. As long as you're losing, I'd be happy with that.
