Is burning 245 calories enough?
So I did one of my 21 day fix workouts today and only burned 245 calories. Two months ago I burned almost 400. Since this means my body is getting in better shape, should I do harder workouts? I still got a good high heart rate and great sweat. Just wondering if I need to do an additional workout today?

30 minutes vs 60 minutes of exercise
Hi if I burn 400 calories in a 30 minute workout, and 400 in a 60 minute workout, is one better than the other? I was always told an hour workout is best but does it matter if my calorie burn is the same?

Is 30 min of exercise enough each day?
If I do some of the 30 minute workouts each day and burn an average of 200-250 cals, is that enough for weight loss... Like one pound per week? I'm 166, 5'5", with 1200 calories.

BMR and calories question
My BMR is 1513, and MFP says I need to eat 1200 calories per day to lose 2#/week. But I also typically burn 250-400 cals per day. On those days would I need to eat more than 1400 calories? I'm 167, 5'5".
