What to eat before high intensity boxing cardio class?

Hi
I'm going to my first intense high cardio boxing class today... What should I eat beforehand? I'm female, 164#,5'5. Thanks

    Nothing that will sit heavy. Either eat a proper meal with protein and complex carbs 2-3 hours before, or stick with a simple carb like a banana 30-60 mins before

    I am taking boxing drill and I take a protein shake (whey protein isolate blended with banana and almond milk), 45 minutes before my session.
    I usually fuel my training with my nutrition the prior day . I plan to eat more the day before heavy lifting or boxing day.

    I almost always eat a banana or a large apple. A granola bar will do if nothing else is available.

    I box and eat a Nutrablendz shake or protein bar.
