First Plateau, any suggestions?

Hi I'm female 5'5" 157 lbs, started at 170. I box 5x week and burn an average of 500 - 600 calories per work out based on my polar heart rate monitor. I eat 1300 - 1500 calories. I've be hovering at 157-158 for almost 4 weeks, any advice? Thanks!
