Not burning as many calories
Hi I'm on week five of my cardio dvds. When I started, I was burning almost 500 calories in 40 minutes according to my polar heart monitor watch. However now I'm averaging 400...does this mean I'm getting in better shape and my body isn't working as hard?

I can only workout at home and always love to hear what home workouts others are doing. I currently use TurboFire mostly, and supplement with 21 Day Fix videos, InsanityT25 and Cathe kickboxing dvd. What about you?

Finally seeing a weight loss
I decided to do a mid week check in today (I weigh in typically on Fridays) and had almost a 3 pound loss from last Friday. Is 30-40 minutes exercise enough?
I'm 168, 5'5 and do about 30-40 min cardio dvds 5x week. I typically burn 400 calories with my polar, and eat 1200-1500. My weight loss is extremely slow and wondering if I need to exercise longer?

Having major cravings today...
I'm really tired today and I'm having a major sweet craving. I had a teaspoon of mini choc chips and walked away. I know my stomach is full, but when I get tired like this, the junk cravings haunt me! Trying reallllly hard not to fulfill :)

Ok so been using mfp for over two weeks and I'm extremely constipated. When I ate junk, no problem, but now I'm like where is everything going? Do you eat all your carbs and sugar?
I've noticed I'm always under on my carbs and sugar by half, and over on protein. Mainly because carbs don't make me full. Is this ok?

I get 1200 food calories and burned 600 today ...

Am I eating enough calories
Fitness Pal set my calories at 1200/day to lose 1.5lbs/week. However, I edited it to be 1350 because 1200 seemed really low. I exercise 4-5x week and burn an average of 400-500 calories. Gaining weight week 2
I'm finishing up my week 2 of my weight loss, and noticed I'm gaining this week. I have been exercising quite a bit (for me anyway) - 5x/week...doing 45-50 min of kickboxing dvds. My muscles feel pretty tight so I'm assuming it's just water retention right?
