Finally seeing a weight loss

I decided to do a mid week check in today (I weigh in typically on Fridays) and had almost a 3 pound loss from last Friday. I attribute this to constipation finally going away, really sticking to my 1200-1300 calories, and doing a better cardio workout (burning more in 40 minutes with a new DVD series). So for all of those (like me) that have been experiencing low and slow losses, hang in there, it really does catch up!!!

    I'd also like to add that I cut back on eating my exercise calories...I know opinions on that but I'm going by the scale on this one. If I burn 400, I'm only eating 100 of them and it appears that could be helping.
