Has anyone mixed the 21 day fix program with MFP? I like the workouts, but I don't feel like I burn enough calories.

Do the exercise programme and count your calories here.
Enter your stats and your weekly weight loss goal, eat all the calories, your requested deficit is built in.

Don't forget MFP expects you to enter your exercise and eat back those calories. 50-75% as MFP overestimates.
You will not gain weight by doing this; your deficit is in your base calories. You will be eating to optimise your workout and daily life.

Also get a digital food scale and liquid measuring cups and spoons. This will help you be accurate in counting your calories.

    Cheers, h.

One friend followed 21 day did then insanity and in 8 mos drpped from a side 8 to size 2 and looks fabulous. She loved 21 day fix and what shaping it did with her body.

It was because she cut calories and worked out. There are numerous ways to do it.

I'm following the portion control part only (can't exercise right now - foot surgery in 8 days!), and am losing weight. I love the structure of the plan, although I do not religiously follow the food list specifically.

I did the 21 Day Fix Extreme but gave up following their meal prep part (I believe it's the same as 21DF..?!) after 1.5 day of trying :p The exercise is good as a 3-week "catch-up" program for me, but I felt like MFP is much easier for controlling my diet; plus I really hate it when I'm "told" what to eat...
