Having major cravings today...

I'm really tired today and I'm having a major sweet craving. I had a teaspoon of mini choc chips and walked away. I know my stomach is full, but when I get tired like this, the junk cravings haunt me! Trying reallllly hard not to fulfill

Distract yourself with something. Usually when I draw I'm so into it that I forget to eat.0

The more carbs you eat, the hungrier you will get! Keep carbs under 100 grams\day.0

When I have cravings I try to treat myself like the toddlers I work with. Sure, you WANT the sweets, but if it doesn't fit in your calories you can't have it. So be the grown up and say no!!!
I usually say it outloud if I'm alone, or just with the kids. "Nope, you just had lunch you don't need a treat" helps me keep my mind on my goal.0 -

I was totally craving arbys curly fries today on my way home from work. Glad I resisted. Tomorrow I'm gonna have a light snack before leaving so I'm not starving on my way home0

Watch an episode of my 600lb life. That should take the cravings away for a couple hours.0
