I like to add mixed berries because they are lower glycemic than say a banana but still add a little bit of sweetness. I add at most 1/2 cup

What you put in is what you'll get out. It is important for us to give our bodies the tools it needs, it can't do what it's supposed to with the toxins many of us eat. My personal testimonial is that ACV has helped me and if someone wants to try it they should go for it.

You don't want to change your blood pH, in that fact you are right. Most benefit from alkalyzing the guts pH. Stomach needs to be acidic but majority of intestines need to be alkaline

Well wrote, quite inspiring

I like it for alkalyzing my body. When you get your body in a good pH balance it can decrease the unwanted inflammation (think of joint pain, ect). Some inflammation is good such as when you get an injury but chronic inflammation is stressful on the body. As far as weight loss though I don't have much experience with it…

I'm a senior in college and I'm so glad to see that you are working to improve yourself before you get here! I'll send you a request. I keep my diary open for those who want to see a nutritious, ~1500 calories a day diet. In the past 2 weeks I've gone from 135lbs to 129lbs. I don't eat grains, oats, starch(potatoes, corn,…

Today I've started using vitamin e oil on the face and only using powder instead of foundation to have lighter coverage. I'll post pics in a week to see how it goes

I don't tan, during the summer I may lay out a couple times to enjoy the heat but I try to use sunscreen on the face and moisturizer on the body when I do so. I haven't been to a dermatologist but I think I'll start with with good moisturizers and oil as makeup remover

I just started using a lotion with spf 15 sunscreen in it
-
Oh I hadn't thought about the squinting and driving, thank you.

I can see how this could be a helpful stepping stone to decrease sugar intake gradually but for long term success a person must develop the will power to say no to certain foods

Bloodwork haha

I am on this diet and while I have not done any bloodworm I have been obtaining other measurements. It has had a positive effect of my metabolic age, bone density, visceral fat around the organs and percent body fat.
