If your body is hungry then eat. It's good to get some protein after working out to rebuild those muscles you just worked. If you are only a little hungry you could try a protein shake. Eat mindfully for health but you gotta enjoy what you eat too or else you won't stick with it.

So I won't gain muscle but I can minimize muscle lose during a cut if I workout? I'm 29%bf and would like to get to 24% by Christmas. Is this attainable?

What does LBM stand for? I don't have a set program for exercise but I do muscle group days and work until muscle failure. As I get more into it I hope to note what exercises I do and how many sets/reps but for just starting out I'm doing good to make it to the gym! Lol

If I go to the gym at the end of my days I use the sauna after my workout so at least once during the day I can be warm to the core lol I also use a space heater near my desk and wear layers.

You could try a detox since toxins are stored in fat. Also while you may not be able to do hard exercise yet, you can start working those muscles by using 5lbs weights in bed and do bicep curls or easy arm exercises. If you can only walk 5mins maybe try to get up more frequently to do 5min walks during your waking hours.…

Depends on your goals. If it is to just lose weight then as long as you don't binge with the munchies you'll be fine. But, if your goal is to get fit then smoking(anything) will only lower your respiratory capabilities making it more of a struggle when you try to be active.

I log the cardio (treadmill, biking, ect). Anything with a machine where I can try to get a somewhat accurate reading of calories burned.
