Hi there,
I'm looking for some friends who are going through similar walks of life with common goals. I'm a 22 year old full-time student, part-time employee who wants to better myself. I only have 10lbs left until my goal weight but mainly want to focus on losing percent body fat for a leaner, stronger body. I'm at 31% currently and long term would like to get down to 20%. If you also have similar goals I'd love to support and encourage each other throughout our journies! Also, if you are looking for more friends post your goals below so we all can connect! If your 17 or 31 that's okay lol, it's just a range :)

    Hi,
I am a 21 year old full time student who works part time and is in the process of doing student teaching. Those things keep me pretty busy, but lately I have been trying to find more time to focus on my health. I am a type 1 diabetic, and up until recently I lived on campus and was at the mercy of whatever the dining commons served, which was usually a bunch of carbs and badly cooked chicken (either undercooked or way over cooked). Now that I have my own place and can cook for myself, I am hoping to lose a little weight and get my insulin sensitivity down to a better place.

Hi! 18 year old full time student here with similar goals to OP. Living on campus makes eating healthier difficult but it certainly gives more opportunity for exercise since my campus has a gym on it! I try to attend the group fitness classes 4 to 5 days a week and do weights 2 to 3 days a week...finals week has kept me out of the gym this week so far, though!

Hello there! I'm a 21 year old, full time grad student, full time employee split between two jobs (one very active, another very sedentary). I'm in recovery for an ED and rejoined this site to hopefully stay on the right track. I'm looking to not only lose around 50 - 70 pounds, but also to slim up and become a more efficient horseback rider (and to hopefully look good in two upcoming weddings in 2017). I struggle with doing little exercise during my long and busy days between the office and class as well as getting my butt to the gym/for a run on my days at the horse barn where I walk around 7 - 12 miles a day! I'm currently working on a workout plan/meal plan that I can use while I'm down in FL for 3 weeks for work without a gym, but will have the sunshine and the horses to keep me company.
