Wow! I definitely hope to see another update in the future! Stories like this are more inspiring than you would think

Awesome job! Excited to read another update in 6weeks? I sure hope so. Stick with it!

I love fruits in my smoothies but sugar is sugar. Lately I've been replacing the fruit with pumpkin purée. Much less sugar but still gives that hint of sweetness and adds a nice creamy consistency. Make sure you use one where the only ingredient is pumpkin. Cheers!

I am right there with you! Except mine has been three weeks. Took this first step and started this morning with a smoothie.

J4T...and maybe tomorrow too! Replacing the afternoon vending machine snack with a protein shake. Drinking it right now!

When I bought a new workout top and it took me 2weeks to realize that the shirt I bought and fit into was an XS!

21, 5'9". I'm about 2lbs away from my goal weight but still have another 5% body fat that I want to shed. I'm trying to follow a high protein, high good fats diet with an open diary. Looking for others similar to me to bounce ideas and struggles with. Trying to get a toned body before June! Please add

The best type of exercise to lose belly fat is the one that you do. That said cardio exercises typically burn the most calories but for overall health you need a balance. It might be beneficial to cleanse your system. I'm not talking about just coffee or laxitives to have a large number two but an actual intestinal…

Girl I feel ya. My goal weight is 125lbs and I was at 128lbs then after two weeks of crap eating I'm back up to 132lbs. I'm determined to do good until I get down to my 125lbs goal. I keep an open diary, you should add me if you're looking for food inspiration. We can do this!

The one I take has BCAAs and creatine to help muscle recovery and growth. I like it. Coffee gives me..bathroom needs. Pre workouts don't and I appreciate that when I'm mid-squat. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately MFP doesn't let you have an open recipe book. I wish it would, I enter a lot of recipes on here and it would be nice if my friends could view them

Only do Leto short term. It's very taxing on the body systems and can damage the liver. I've seen somewhere to do a couple months on a couple months off. Below 50 carbs a day puts most people in a ketogenic state. I try to stay around 60-70 to keep my carbs low and lose body fat but high enough that it is able to maintain…

I've used the copy tools before when I shared my food with my boyfriend but was looking to see if it was possible for a long distance friend to see my meals and make it for themselves

I'm following a diet very close to paleo. I log everyday and create a couple recipes every week. I also try to hit the gym daily. Will send and accept request

I log everyday and create recipes. Love new friends

Start with the basics, in the first month you don't want to overwhelm your body with complex moves and injure yourself. Don't want to lose the motivation and focus you got going now. Try a couple beginner classes if your gym offers them to get a taste of different things and see what you like and don't like

A month in and percent body fat is down and muscle is up. The white sports bra is the before.

This past week I've been packing a half cup of almonds to snack on while driving and it helps but when I get off at 4 or 5am the will power is drained

There's no way for me to not be around food in my job unfortunately but I may give the post work-workout a try. Do you find cardio or strength training to better for you?
-
Yesterday I gave in to my chocolate cravings and went over my calories. Today after breakfast I'm going to the gym and running two miles and will stay under my calorie goals.

Wonderful!

I've gain today too :( I even went bathroom prior and made sure I weighed myself at the same time of day. I've been eating healthy and working out. I blame it on my aunt flow trying to make an early appearance

I add ground Rosemary and nutritional yeast to mine. The nutritional yeast adds a nutty cheesy flavor

Maybe I was too focused on spelling Nazgul right that I let my grammar on "their" go down the drain.
-
I think you're thinking of Nazgul haha. But no, people spell there names differently around the world. What sounds odd to us may be normal to them. Culture.

There was a good study at Demirel University on ACV and how it effects oxidative injury in the liver and kidneys. It was by Naziroglu in The Journal of Membrane Biology and is fairly recent

Hi I follow something really similar to you (30%fat, 40%protein, 30%carbs). I've been following it for a month and the results are great! My percent body fat is down, muscle weight is up, overall weight down, and bone density is up! I'm a believer
