I'm on a diet to help with the microbiom of the gut and the coach said to do 40%protein,30%fat, and 30%carbs. I think the reason my be that the carbs feed the yeast inside us which lead to inflammation or something but don't hold me to that. May be a different reason.

I'm also interested in this. Last thing I tried to make was protein bars from protein powder but it came out in a gooey mess.

Oh I hadn't thought of tuna! Would sardines be okay instead if trying to avoid heavy metals?

Can you provide a link to the "couch to 5k", I've never heard of it. Or could I google it? I can run 2-3 miles but not very quickly. I would be going near the 5.5 pace

I'm also finding it really hard to go to the gym. My gym doesn't have free parking until after 5pm so it's super inconvenient. Nuts mostly. Oh and I can't do grain or dairy

It depends on the flavor and which sweeteners will be in them. Sucralose (and many others) artificial sweeteners are in some of the newer varieties they've put out. You gotta read the label and be conscientious of what you're putting in your body.

I'm also 5'9''. I've been up to 150lbs, it happens to most of us when we discover dining court food in college. Over the past year I've been working on improving myself and I'm down to 130lbs. I got that 5lbs more to lose to reach my goal weight. If you( or anyone in a similar situation) want to add me, feel free too. If…

Horse grooming is even in the cardio exercise section on MFP so log it!

Try menu planning where you plan what you are going to eat for each meal and the ingredients you'll need. Then at the beginning of the week go out and just buy the stuff you need that is on that list. DONT buy anything not on the list. That way you are forced to eat what you already bought because if you don't it will rot…

That's okay, I can add you instead to where all you have to do is go to your friends tab and accept
