Hi mamas! Im mum to a 3yo boy and have about 40lbs to go, have lost 20 so far and this app has been great! Dont forget to add your running around the park/backyard with the kids as exercise - I find it helps with the sense of achievement! Even 15mins of soccer is better than nothing!
