I log coffee separately. Yes, coffee is mostly water but it’s not going to hydrate you like water does. I don’t think anyone has a “right or wrong” answer with this, probably just personal preference.

Starting weight 217 Current weight 211 Next target weight 180 Ultimate Goal Weight 140 I had my first baby Oct 2018 and gained about 50-60 pounds during my pregnancy. I lost some after my baby was born but I’ve been hanging out around 220 for several months now. My current goal is 180, which was my pre-pregnancy weight.
