Still plugging away. Food has been cut back a little more and added a refeed with higher carbs in from time to time. This was last week sitting at 211lbs. Currently today I'm at 208 with just a little less than 4 weeks to go.

Right now I'm at 50g of carb with roughly 300 protein and 60 fats to cut down on my mid section. Cardio sessions are 2x a day. 45 min fasted AM and 45 min PM

Definitely need to get up super early to get my cardio in and prep meals before kids wake up in the morning. If you really want to make a change in your body than some sacrifice needs to be made. Thank goodness for coffee for that fasted cardio in the AM

Vanilla protein is the way to go! I haven't tried any other flavor. It doesn't mix very well and is very clumpy if you place the protein in with a hot cup of coffee. I still put the protein in and allow it to cool down and mix. Sometimes I'll add 1 pack of stevia.

Did the whole reduced carb for 3 months (50 g and less) and lost roughly 40 lbs. First week or so sucks! Especially during your workouts but tend to get used to it.
