Seconding the Cabot hot habanero cheese mentioned above. SO good! Also spicy pickles. I've tried Brooklyn Brine and Grillo's brands and both are awesome.

Last night I sautéed some shrimp in a little butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. I added spiralized zucchini at the end and some salt/ black pepper and tossed together. It was tasty and quick.

Can you plan your pre-workout snack in advance? Assuming a second snack fits your calories. For example maybe a banana you can eat on the way home or a small cup of oatmeal just before leaving work.

I like the meat/fish selection at Whole Foods, and their BULK section! You can grind your own nut butters, or get just a scoop full of nuts, dried beans, rice etc instead of buying a big bag or container. I had an amazing quinoa bowl recently (think burrito bowl). It was quinoa, black beans, feta, chopped red onions, avocado, cilantro, and drizzled with red pepper vinaigrette. So delicious.

I like mine spicy so I cut into wedges and sprinkle seasoning over them and bake. My favorite seasoning is 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp cumin, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
