Just check the app, it's ok although a bit slow. I use the app on a Kindle Fire and don't have access to the community on there, it only does the basics.

Are all the garmin's HRM accurate, I got a Forerunner25 at the weekend and noticed the calorie burn is lower than MFP. As everyone says MFP is on the high side I was hoping the HRM are accurate and I could trust it.

Running is another problem, the top part of my thigh at the front are extremely tight (not sure what it's called) - it's the only thing that stabilises my hips, my left leg doesn't go back so my running pace is so slow. I will get below 12min/miles one day hopefully, until then I just keep plodding on. lol

She's mainly given me pointers regarding using my own body weight and listening to my body, especially regarding overstretching (I'm very bendy). She lifts herself and is also a member of the same gym as me, never thought of asking her. Sometimes you just need the obvious pointed out to you. Thanks

I already see a sports physio, the hypermobility isn't severe, just enough to get in the way. Hips are the biggest problem.

Just been looking through my DVD's and I found Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, think I bought it a couple of years ago, took one look and thought no way. I going to start tomorrow as I've been looking to do something during the day. I spend far too much time sat at the computer, even if I don't log the exercise it will…

My sports bra is a shock absorber, I did find that I needed a 38 instead of my usual 36 but other than that they are great, nothing moves.

Your body needs a rest day to recover from all the stress you are putting it under when you work out. You'll burn out if you keep at it, if you want to do something everyday try and active rest day, just go for a nice stroll in the park or a leisurely swim.

My kids are 16 and 18 and the four of us (including hubby) all go to the same gym. I've been going for almost two and half years now, although with teenagers sometime they need a bit extra encouragement.
