Is anyone else having problems with MFP today, everytime I want to go between pages I get "Site Temporarily Down For Maintenance" I refresh the page and everything is ok. Other that being annoying it means I can't add friends. :/ Hope it was ok to post this here.

Lifting, not so heavy

Vivofit battery life
How long are the battery's in the vivofit supposed to last, I got mine in October then last month is said they were low, I've just synced and my battery's are low again. I'm wondering if its the battery brand or something going wrong. Anyone else experienced this. I thought they were supposed to last a year

Stupid questions!
Hope this not a stupid question but how does everyone measure things like mayonnaise and ketchup, spoons or scales. Also I think I saw on here someone say that you shouldn't include the water you drink during exercise in your daily total. I go through at least a litre at the gym and include this.

Huge amount of calories
I've set MFP so that I eat 1200 calories a day with the intension of eating back my exercise calories. I spend on average 3hours a day at the gym so my calorie burn can add up to quite a lot. Vivofit gone mad
Hi Garmin connect has gone mad these last couple of day and is giving me between 1000 and 2000 extra exercise calories. Has anyone else noticed this or have I set things up wrong, last week it was giving me a couple of hundred at most.

Body pump.
I've read load of post on here that say you should lift weights, I'm terrified of the weights room at the gym I use. I prefer to do the classes, I do body pump and a class using gymsticks (a stick with resistance bands attached) as well as plenty of cardio. Is this enough 'weights'.

Calories, confused
What is the best way to set up mfp calories. I'm sedentary during the day but spend about 3hours at the gym 5 days a week, do I use TDEE-20 or sedentary and eat back my exercise calories. I'm 44 years old 5foot 4inch female I weigh 187lb. Hope I'm making sense.
