Fat loss

I was wondering if there is a maximum amount/weight of fat your body can loose each week.

    you should aim for no more than 1% of your total body weight each week.

    Ok, I'm happy to loose 1lb a week (I weigh185) I'm just nosey and like facts that's all :)

    that means you can safely lose up to 1.85 pounds per week.
