Dish out 5 spoon full of salsa into a dish and count out 20 tortilla chips and put the bag away. Sometimes this will be a snack I take to work. It's a nice treat

My job involves repairing water lines and I'm do lots of fishing so that's good that they are water resistant that's a huge plus

Mostly I'm looking to track calories burned, steps and sleep.

Walk and eat clean that's how I started in January and down 55 pounds now.

Perhaps take a break from the gym but keep exercising . Walk to a park work out there get creative and use the things along your journey.

I my self is currently weight than want to gain muscle mass once I get to my desired weight. Right now I am doing cardio and using resistance bands just to keep muscles working .

I put goat cheese and pepper rings along with a dash of salt and pepper.

I have read that walking in the morning on an empty stomach helps get your metabolism going so that's what I have been trying . As well I after working all day it's hard to want to walk.
