Order of exercise
I'm curious if there is any benefits to the order exercises are performed, for example today is chest and back . Should I do one or the other first or can I just do my exercise in any order and switch between chest exercise and back exercises.

Lifting speed
How fast do you lift? Do you do your reps at a moderate controlled speed or do you go faster. Tonight I tried going faster which I felt I had a little more pump and momentum to get through.

Bench pressing with shoulder problems
I have dislocated my shoulders 9 times and had surgery on my right shoulder. I dislocated my right shoulder 5 times once was after surgery and 4 times on the left shoulder. Pushing yourself to far
How do you know if your pushing your self to far when working out? Some work outs I struggle to get the last couple reps out but I'm not giving up and pushing to get them. For example bicep curls. Is this a case that may cause injury and I should just take the loss of the last couple reps or continue to push through.

Fatigued
I have been getting up at 5:20 am to go for 5 km walk than I eat breakfast and go to work. I was on a 1600 calorie plan but increased it to 1850 because I thought perhaps the lack of calories was making be fatigued but I still tired with the calorie increase. Does any one else find they are tired?
