5'6 started around 158lbs down to 122lbs, started Dec 2015 to April 2016, I always seem to put on about 10lbs or so over the holidays (since losing the 35ish pounds), and use MFP in the winter to get back to my goal weight and good habits.

Popcorn curbs my crunchy/salty cravings . You could melt a little chocolate and drizzle it on top. I like to treat myself to chocolate almond bars a lot. Just a little bit each day helps me stay on track with my eating.
