  • I use a $20.00 rice cooker from walmart. Perfect rice every time.
  • Cut out grain and all soda, even diet soda. No sweeteners in coffee or tea. Do some simple calisthenics 3 sets for 20 to 30 minutes every other day. Limit calories to 1500 a day and the pounds will fall off you. You will feel noticeably better in just two weeks.
