Lol, at the start I was the same, guestimating things, surprising how wrong you are with things. Also with the recipes, I find the recipe finder can be off with Cals, so I add all the ingredient cals separately, then divide by however many serves I get from that dish.

I have a few go to's A rapid loss shake on skim with a banana and ice to make it really thick, really nice!! Flavoured oatmeal. Or traditional and then add a banana and dates. Eggs on toast

Have to agree, love her recipes. Skinny ms is also good. Along with the WW recipes

This information is really good for me as a newbie. I also was doing really well, seeing the scales drop, last few days I went over in calories, not drastically but ... :( So seeing these responses certainly helps. And I need to stop weighing daily!!!!
