Actually I wanted to hear from people who have tried both a low carb diet and then have also tried vegetarian diet and see the difference. Not necessarily about weight loss.

Forks over Knives has a lot of great options. I have just trying to be mostly but not total vegetarian so would like to join you. I was wondering about how others feel in this plan. I love vegetables and have been better with digestion since cutting back on fatty meats .

I love old fashioned popcorn oil popped with nutritional yeast and Mrs Dash instead of a lot of salt. Sometimes I put Himalayan pink salt on it. Even though I try to eat low carb some days...this is my all time favorite snack. Red popcorn is the best! and white is my second favorite.

You hopefully will continue to be motivated and this site will motivate you! Add chicken or tuna to those salads and a few nuts and you'll have some extra protein and healthy fats! Good for you ....good luck !

I only like savory foods in the morning so I get sick of eggs too! I like Ezekial toast but can't eat so much grains. I'd like to hear some good feedback too. Maybe I'll try oatmeal or plain yogurt today.

I have had palpitations too. Seems to get worse when I drink too much caffiene especially Diet Coke and some medicines like Advil. Also if I drink more than a glass or two of wine or if I have alcohol. I am going through menopause so it may be cuz of that. It is worrisome and I understand your fear of surgery . I have a…

I got back walking and doing yoga and weights again this week but the muscles are doing weird painful things ... Ill keep trying tho .
