I know what you mean. I lost 4 pounds the first week. I walked a lot and ate right. Went to the doctor and found that I had gained it back. I am very discouraged at this point.

I passed a donut shop this morning. I said out loud "I want some (not just one, some) donuts." Thought about it for a second. First, I am diabetic and that would send my sugars up. Then, I would have to do a lot of walking to burn it off. Less crappy food, less walking.

I hope today has been easier for you. It is difficult to go from eating anything and everything to watching what you eat. Having low carb snacks and sticking with the serving size will help. You can do this! At my heaviest I was 250, so I know the struggle. I had lost 60 lbs but gained some of it back this past year. It is easy to pack on the pounds but, hard to shed them.
