VS for sure! Though on the cheap buy some cotton sports bras. One size to small or multiple same size and double up on them.

I prefer sweating all over something that isn't my house or carpet. Shampooing my carpet is a pain and salt is bad for the hardwood floors.

You will be surprised at what "weight" training you can achieve with body weight. Thought if you can fit all in on one day. More power to you. If you can't maybe try adding in dumbbell weights whenever you are watching TV or wear packs while doing things around the house. Same goes for running.

Sounds like all the bases are covered here.... make sure what is causing it though. I found that I have extremely high arches. Once I started arch supports my planters went away after three months. Running is still something I take carefully though, just encase.

Interesting. All of your comments are great, very supportive! Way to go on those have made progress and those just starting. I am looking to lose around 65lbs. And would love to help motivate and be motivated by others. Seems like this is a good place to start.
