25 yesterday. 100 this morning. Total: 1025 I've gone from sets of 25 to sets of 33. Maybe make up some time, it's the middle of the month & I'm not half way to 2500.

Got 50 in this morning. Doesn't look like the other 50 are going to happen. Maybe. 450 total.

50 yesterday. 100 today. 400 total. I don't know if it's getting easier or if I'm getting better at it. Feels good.

Still working on the carbs. hard to hit that too. (356 for me) Losing weight was way easier!

MFP has me at 143g! 175 pound man on slow bulk. (I know it's different than for ladies, only stating for balance.) It's darn hard to hit it. I've been touching it up with protein powder.

We're all stuck on the OHP! As stated previously, use the deloads. Stick with it. It hasn't been that long & you're doing great. Also, it seems like 50 pounds was a high starting point for you. BTW, your 155 DL is awesome! It all takes time. It is a lifestyle, not a race.

I got my 100 in today! Let's see how I hold up. I expect it to get harder before it gets easier. I'm weight training too.

Well, maybe. It's 8:00 am & I'm up to 50 across 3 sets.

I am doing the 5X5 program exactly as laid out. 3 days a week. 6 months in, it is coming along great.

I lost weight & am bring my bench numbers back up at age 56. You've got this!

I log everything I eat. Not always good about logging exercise. MFP has worked out great for me.

Put your dish on the scale & zero the scale. Put your first ingredient in it, log the weight & zero the scale again. Add the next ingredient, log that weight then zero again, until you've added all you ingredients.

I log all my meals, most of my exercise. My log is open to friends. 174 day streak so far. Open to friend requests.
