I'm 48 (49 this year) and need to lose plenty. Starting to get aches and pains in my knees etc.

I'm also back after a long break. Lost 50 pounds the first time and have put it all back on. I'm 48 and want to get into shape before I reach 50.

I drink far too much and need to get a grip. Went dry for all of November and hated it - maybe need another way?? Weapon of choice is ice cold Vodka.

Lose the 50 pounds I put on in the last 2 years and quit the booze.

It kinda creeps up on you. It's minus 2 here and my knee hurts.

I have the same problem - lost 55 pounds a couple of years ago on this app. All back, so starting again.

Good luck. I lost 50 pounds a couple of years ago with the app - unfortunately, I put a lot of it back on - time to start again.

Yeah - fell off the horse as well. Lost 50 pound on MFP a couple of years ago and have put most of it back on. Time to try again!
