Hi
A few years ago I finally managed to shed all the baby weight (and then some) after having my three kids. I lost around 20 kg (40 lb) in total and was super happy. For a while it did stay off, seemingly with no effort, but then I got sloppy and started having sweets every day and skipping my workouts.... And guess what; the weight is creeping back on. So far 6-7 kg, and I am hoping that if I get my s*** together presently, I will be able to turn the trend
I will do what worked the last time around. Working out 2-3 times a week, logging my meals and drinking a LOT of water. Here goes!

Yeah - fell off the horse as well. Lost 50 pound on MFP a couple of years ago and have put most of it back on. Time to try again!0
