I think you are on the right track. I was on a slope of 1kg in 10days which was fine for me. 2kg per month is the rate I would go for if I was you. You want to see some results and I shouldn’t last forever. If you want definition you need to work-out also. In a way you are lucky. With your length is a bit easier to get…

Take your time. I don’t know how much you want to lose and what you want to achieve but make it a fitting lifestyle. Good luck!

Hi Phil, Sorry for my late reply. I haven’t been going through my blog very frequently. Let me know if you still have questions. I am not an expert but I can share my experience and goals if you like. Happy New Year Ed

Thank you!

Yes a little bit below my navel. Not a major concern. It's hardly noticeable if you stand up right. I don't think there is anything I can do about it. I try to reduce some more fat around that area and I assume it will settle slowly as I go.

It took about 10months to drop 20kg. I kept a deficit of about 500 cal/day. Sometimes more. If you hit a plateau you have to revisit your deficit or your exercise routine. As long as you keep a deficit the kilos will drop no matter what.

Me too!

Hi Tinuz, 3 times a week heavy lifting is enough for me. I put so much into it that I need the recovery otherwise something will just snap off :)). I use the cardio to recover. I like swimming to do that. Good for the muscles. What are your aims Tinuz?

Could you cycle that? I mean could you micro bulk/cut with a 3kg range. I would lift heavy and eat up to 91kg and then continue to exercise but cut back to 88kg and so on?
