What would be the weight on your deadlift, squat and bench press. I am about the same weight and I want is set myself some targets.

Dear Artluv. If I were you you better set a long term goal. Something to reach in 3 months, 6 months or a year. Then set your calorie deficit. I would say 300-500cal/day and just go slow. You need to keep eating and excersizing otherwise you body will go in starvation mode which slows down your metabolism tremendously. See…

One more thing. Always make sure to set your next target. I noticed that once I hit my weight target I started to relax. That's ok I guess for a while but then you have to set your next objective. Keep progress and keep the discipline.

I lost almost 22kg. Now I have switch to maintenance level. I try to grow some more mass now. It's not that easy. Next week I will be 53 and the response is slowing down. I tend to stick to my macros. Low on simple carbs, maximise proteins. No sugars, soft drinks and juices. Plenty of fish, meat, chicken and vegetables. I…

I guess from about 30 to about 20. I am not sure but 12% is the plan. I have to drop another 8-10kg. Depends a bit on how much muscle I gain
