Totally get where you're at! MFP has been a lifesaver for me! I'm able to able to read up and post questions if I have any. Wishing you health and happiness!

This journey is for me and my health. I can't stand feeling blah all the time and wanted a chance to have more energy. If someone is checking me out, that's just an added bonus!

I try to weigh myself once a week. If I were to weigh myself daily, I would go "boinkers" with the weight fluctuations. I'm happy if my clothes are getting looser.

I don't eat anything after 7p.

When I started MFP, I also joined Planet Fitness where I try go at least in at least 4 visits weekly. I do an hour on treadmill and on my odd days, I do PF Express (30 min workout)-usually going through 2x in each session. My boyfriend recently showed me some of the weight lifting equipment which I'll be incorporating into…

I've been trying not too, but this past weekend, I indulged in b-day cake and ice cream as we celebrated two birthdays. I was mindful to stay within my calorie limit and portion sizes.

BMI of 32.6. My weight loss target is to lose 1lb/week. I started MFP on April 3rd and I'm down 17.6lbs. I may have averaged more than a pound a week, but I'm focusing on the lifestyle changes more importantly!! Just at Malcolm Gladwell says that "it requires one to practice 10,000 hours to become a master at something"…

I average about 5lbs and I feel it too!! To counter it, I've been drinking extra amounts of water and really watching my sodium intake on those days.

I want to be healthy. Having suffered from severe hypertension for the past 10+ years, I'm tired of being unhealthy. Although I've been at this seriously since April 3, I do like the way exercising makes me feel. I like the energy I have and am able to sleep much better. It's all baby steps for me!! This is a lifestyle…

I don't think weight loss is the magic cure to "having confidence in your body." It requires loving YOURSELF for who you are within....that is where the confidence comes from!! Give yourself acceptance and know that whatever appearance that you have on the outside is the byproduct of how much love you have for yourself on…

Hi everyone, I'd be interested in joining the group of accountability? I'm a single mom who has both a ft and pt job. I'm hoping to lose 40lbs more and have been using MFP since April 3rd. Life keeps us moms busy (both single and married moms!) and often life leaves us focusing on everyone else but ourselves! I know for me…

Maybe incorporate some Greek yogurt in that smoothie? It has a lot of protein and may help the hunger pangs. Best wishes to you!

I hoping to lose between 55-60lbs. I'm finishing up my 2nd month of using MFP and I'm down 17lbs. Although I think I've hit a plateau already so I'm changing some things up.

Wishing you all healthy success in 2016!!
