Back at it...this time trying low carb/KETO
After a fractured ankle and some serious weight gain, I’m making an concerted effort to consistently to MFP to lose 39 unwanted pounds. I suffered a fractured ankle/surgeries and with this weight gain (SW 214), I feel horrible and my self esteem is tanked. I want this to be a lifestyle change that I stick with.

Hi all! I went back and reviewed my diary and it seems that I'm not getting enough protein in, but yet what I'm eating has me full and I don't feel like eating.
